PRIVACY NOTICE
In compliance with
the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)legislation that became law on
25th May 2018 we are required to advise you of our Privacy
Policy. We will only hold the data of
customers who have made purchases from us or who have requested to have their
details entered on our mailing list for sending information that may be of
interest to them. This data may consist
of name, address, telephone number and email address together with details of
any purchases made. We will never share
this information with any third party apart from the necessary information
required by couriers who may be employed by us to deliver items that have been
purchased from us. We do not use any third
party company to send out marketing emails or
letters. All email data is stored securely and any details that are
stored on paper such as copies of purchase invoices etc, which we are required by law to keep for
compliance with Government tax legislation, are stored securely.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
For
items purchased from our website, in line with the EU Distance Selling
Directive
In
the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the
picture within 15 days of receiving the work for a full refund of the price of
the picture.
We
cannot refund return despatch costs which must be
paid by you and must include insurance.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To
qualify for a refund, the picture must be returned within 15 days of your
receiving the work and in its original condition carefully repacked in the
original packaging we used to send it to you.
Keep
that packaging – we will not accept a return in anything else.
Tell
us about your intention to return an item by email. Include in the message your name, details of
the picture and your reason for returning it.
We
will then provide you with instructions on how to return the picture to us.
If
the picture has been damaged in transit please inform
us by email and we will contact our insurers for instructions and will inform
you as to how to proceed.
Once
we have received the original picture and been able to verify its condition and
the condition of its framing, we will issue the refund due to the account
originally used to pay for the work
