Frank
Goodwin was an artist painting in oil and watercolour who lived in various
suburbs of Liverpool. His work was mainly exhibited at the Walker Art
Gallery in Liverpool, where 34 of his pictures were hung. He also
exhibited at the Royal Society of Artists Birmingham and the Royal Cambrian
Academy, Conwy.
