John Percival Gulich was an illustrator, etcher and caricaturist.  He was educated at Charterhouse and drew for “The Graphic”.  He exhibited at the Royal Institute, to which he was elected Member in 1897, the Royal Academy, the Royal Society of British Artists, the Dudley Gallery and Walker Art Gallery Liverpool
